Insight and overview of the association

Available

Track member numbers, engagement, and finances in clear figures, so the board decides on data, not gut feeling.

Insights is live. Exporting the reports to a spreadsheet is not in yet.

In brief

Insight brings the association's key figures together in one place: member growth, sign-ups, payments, and activity shown in clear dashboards. The board sees status and trends without pulling numbers from several systems.

Decisions on figures, not on gut feeling

Are things actually moving forward? Is the membership growing, or are more quietly leaving than joining? Are the payments coming in as they should? Without a single overview, the board's answer often becomes a hunch, and hunches rarely point in the same direction as the figures.

Insight brings the association's key figures together in one place: member growth, sign-ups, payments and activity shown in clear dashboards. The board sees status and trends without having to pull numbers from several systems and add them up by hand.

The key figures gathered in one place

Instead of one figure sitting in the member register, another in the accounts and a third in the sign-ups, Insight gathers the important key figures across them. You see membership numbers, sign-ups, payments and activity side by side, so you get the whole overview rather than four partial pictures.

That turns the status review at a board meeting into a quick thing: you open the dashboard and see where the association stands, rather than asking the treasurer and the membership officer each for their own report in advance.

See the trend over time

A single figure doesn't say much on its own. What matters is the direction: are we more than a year ago, did more sign-ups come in for the spring activities than last year, are the payments keeping pace? Insight shows the trend over time, so you can see a direction rather than just a snapshot.

That makes it easier to catch something early. A membership number that has started to fall, or an activity losing take-up, shows up as a line that bends while there's still time to do something about it.

Always up to date, without anyone typing anything in

The figures in Insight come from the association's own data in the platform: the member register, the sign-ups, the payments and the activity. You don't have to type anything in or maintain a spreadsheet on the side; the figures reflect what is actually recorded, and update as the association lives.

That removes both the work and the risk of errors that come with a manual spreadsheet. You don't see an old statement from last quarter, but the association's current picture.

Overview on screen, export on the way

Insight is live today, and the dashboards give the board the ongoing overview directly on screen. You can follow the key figures, see the trends and use them in the board's work, without having to go elsewhere to get the picture.

Exporting the reports to a spreadsheet isn't included yet. If you want to take the figures further in a spreadsheet today, for an auditor or an annual report for instance, it isn't possible to pull them out yet; that feature is on the way. Until then, the dashboards give the overview itself on screen.
